Okay, here is my one coord, inspired by one (of my) favorite dessert(s):  

Chocolate

If I had to pick one, that'd be it.  It covers a majority of my favorite dessert items, (sometimes literally, with a hard turtle shell), and is pretty versatile.  So chocolate it is!

Not in any particular order.  Separately, and all together.

In a big bowl, like cereal, or dignified, as a toffee sprinkled, caramel and chocolate drizzled, tiramisu cheesecake.   With Bavarian coffee.   ლʕʘ̆ ∇ ʘ̆ʔლ  

Excuse me, I need to go buy English toffee and cream cheese...
